THIS CAR HAS BEEN SOLD – Please call 720-588-8427 or Email info@farlandcars.com to speak to a specialist about other options. A very early-production XK120 that was originally a North American-specification car. It retains its original engine, confirmed with numbers from the brass data plate. (Heritage Certificate has been ordered) The original transmission has been replaced with a modern Tremec 5-speed for more relaxed touring use, along with Dynamat insulation under the carpets. All the instruments work, the car has no oil pressure or overheating issues (a supplemental electric fan has been added) and it is complete with the full original tool kit, jack and proper spare wheel & tire. 670362 was given a thorough restoration in the late 1980s, but had never been bedraggled or rusty and has been garaged ever since.

A few years ago the fuel system, brakes, tires and overall running gear was freshened up after a period of storage and the car runs and drives very well today. That work included new front torsion bars—a key component to making a 120 drive properly. The paint was done three years ago and looks great, the 30 year-old pale beige leather and carpets now have a beautiful patina, but do have a few places where the dye is thin. We elected to not redye, so prospective buyers could see and feel exactly what condition the seats are in. The convertible top shows some wear, while the side curtains are still bubble-wrapped in custom padded sleeves and appear as new.If you have been looking for an authentic XK 120 that is already prepped to go on any extended tour, your search is over.
