Our customer purchased this 1961 Ferrari PF Cabriolet from a family back east that owned the car for 35 years. It was in excellent overall condition upon arriving in Denver. We performed some initial mechanicals and cosmetic freshening years ago.We completed a restoration of body and paint, an overhaul of the original V-12 engine, freshening of the suspension, complete interior restoration including construction of a new soft top and restoration of the original Borrani wire wheels.
Then this beautiful car was entered in the 2015 Cavallino Classic Concorso, where it won a Platinum award.This car has been on the Colorado Grand - a grueling (for the cars) 1000-mile journey through the Rocky Mountains - for the last 5 years.
