Vehicle Details

The 1969 Ford Mustang Coupe was part of the first generation of Mustangs, which debuted in 1964. The 1969 model year brought about some notable changes and updates to the Mustang lineup. The first generation of Mustangs, often referred to as the “1964.5-1973” models, underwent several facelifts and alterations during its production run.

In 1969, the Mustang received a restyling, featuring a more aggressive and muscular look compared to previous models. The car had a longer body with a more prominent front end, and it also grew in size. The ’69 Mustang was available in various body styles, including coupe, convertible, and fastback.

This example came to us as a rolling chassis – ready for media blasting, bodywork and paint. We have completed extensive rust repairs and other body damage. Then was more work with primer. Finally, we have applied the first coats of Metallic Teal paint and clear coat. You’ll notice the top was not painted. The factory spec’d vinyl roof with be applied instead.

The 1969 Ford Mustang Coupe is now considered a classic and is sought after by collectors and enthusiasts. Its combination of stylish design, performance options, and the overall appeal of the Mustang brand contribute to its enduring popularity among car enthusiasts.
