SOLD - 1986 Volvo 240DL TIME CAPSULE - very original

Here's a unicorn! Most of these legendarily tough cars are now pushing 300,000 miles, but not this one! It was sold new not five miles from our dealership and has been in Denver ever since. An older lady bought it new and only managed to put 105K miles on it before giving up driving last year. The car still has what appears to be all original paint and looks fabulous, having always been garaged. It was diligently maintained, never smoked in and runs & drives just great.

Equipped with Volvo's bulletproof 4-speed manual transmission with electric overdrive, plus power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes, A/C, power locks and even heated seats! The DL came with attractive and long-wearing cloth upholstery that still looks virtually unused. The overhead-cam 2.3 engine is known to be extremely reliable.

The car has good tires, recent exhaust, absolutely NO rust, was never damaged and runs great. There probably isn't another like this one out there!
