Many 560SLs are well past a quarter-million miles today, but this Florida car still has only 93K—one family had it for 18 years. It has a clean Carfax report with no past accident, and has been well maintained over the years. Receipts show regular oil services and in the last couple years the car has gotten a new battery, A/C blower & compressor with updated refrigerant, new ball joints, coolant hoses & belts, alignment, brake lines, pads plus rotors, shocks and new Pirelli tires.
The black convertible top was recently replaced, the interior is inviting and the car runs well. The silver paint looks great and combined with the gray interior, gives a classy look. We have the owner's books and the original spare is still in the trunk. Ultra-low-mileage 'garage queen' 560s command prices over $60,000 today, but they aren't any more fun to enjoy a weekend with than this car is for less than half the investment!
