Vehicle Details

This Classic Porsche was involved in an accident, damaging the right front corner. It’s an excellent example of our sophisticated metal and bodywork in the shop. First we carefully disassembled the car, then stripped additional paint where needed. From there, we fit a new part with bodywork, then leading. Finally, we primed and painted. Our goal is to make an invisible repair to last the life of the car.

The Porsche 356 was designed by Ferry Porsche (Ferdinand’s son). He found that having a smaller car with a bigger engine was better than a big car with a big engine. With that in mind he created the 356. It had a 4 cylinder that was air cooled mounted in the rear with rear wheel drive. Of the 4 types of 356, this particular car is a 356 B with 30,963 made of those between 1959 and 1963.

If you are considering one of the classic or collectible cars on our website, be assured that coming for a personal visit to inspect first-hand the car that has captured your fancy is very welcome. We practice transparency in all of our descriptions, but believe that nothing is as convincing as seeing and touching the car yourself. Plan a few hours, so you can see, touch, feel and drive the car, and enjoy a tour of our restoration shops to see ‘where the magic happens.’ If your schedule is too committed, we also welcome a knowledgeable agent visiting for you. Please understand that sales are final, so the time for all due diligence is before you buy. Our cars are sold AS-IS, since most are on consignment from owners. We follow FTC guidelines for all sales and certainly want our future clients leaving more glowing reports among our reviews!
